Best Sofa & Couch Removal in Columbus

I purchased an Angie's list coupon (regular price of $138). I needed a 2 sofas and a washer removed. When I purchased the coupon I assumed by the examples all would fit in the load. I even confirmed and told them what I had. When they arrived, they said it would be another $50. Who would pay $188 to have 2 couches and a washer removed?! I guess that's how they get you. Jeff and co worker came to pick up 3 pieces of old furniture. They were friendly, helpful, and had everything gone in 5 minutes. One piece was a large, heavy sleeper sofa. It took 4-5 people to get into the house. I thought I'd have to sell the house with the couch still in it. They had it out of the house without any issues in a few minutes. Just a note to give a bit of feedback to you. I appreciate that when I called you responded promptly with an estimate and a service date. The price was competitive. I appreciate that you arrived when you said you would. What I was disappointed in was the fact that the crew left parts of the sofa for me to dispose. Apparently the crew needed to dismantle the sofa to remove it from the basement. There were two big sofa chunks left for me to deal with. I was disappointed that there were black shoe prints all over the basement and stairs from the crew. I will have to bring in a carpet cleanershow more

I called three companies for estimates and Agape's (with the coupon) was the lowest. We had ordered a new sofa and needed to wait until it was being delivered before we discarded the old one so I called ahead by several weeks. However, Agape requires very little lead time. When I had a date for delivery of the new sofa, I called Agape to give them a firm date for hauling. They accommodated the date I needed and were very prompt, professional, courteous and careful.
