We hired the basement doctor for mold remediation for my commercial building. The sales person/estimator's estimation was high but I can take it with the given timing constraints (schedule was tight). The sales person promised to meet two weeks of work schedule (which was the most critical for my case), however, it was different story when the scheduler was making schedule with the foreman. Also duration of work was lousy, spent more time on site (where the business is running) not because of the work amount but because of work schedule. At the end of work, a couple of item of work was not done and had to come back later to finish up. THE COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY BUSY THIS SEASON DUE TO THE PROJECTED INCREASE IN HEATING COSTS. THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS AND DID NOT WANT TO HIRE NONEXPERIENCED WORKERS JUST TO HANDLE THIS SEASON'S INFLUX OF BUSINESS. MIKE PROMPTLY RETURNED MY INITIAL PHONE CALL, CAME TO DO AN ESTIMATE WITHIN A WEEK AND WAS STILL ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE WORK WITHIN 3 WEEKS. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, CALLING THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM, WERE EXTREMELY NEAT AND COURTEOUS, DID A GREAT JOB ON CLEAN UP. WHETHER I WOULD NEED OUR BATHROOM FANS VENTED AND THE ADDITIONAL ROOF VENTS WAS IN QUESTION AS ALL OF OUR OVERHANG VENTS HAD BEEN COMPLETELY COVERED BY INSULATION ADDED BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. MIKE WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT I WOULD NEED TO HAVE INSTALLED AND ENDED UP ONLY INSTALLING ONE BATHROOM VENT KIT RATHER THAN TWO. I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY ROOFING OR FUTURE INSULATION NEEDSshow more

Matt was excellent to work with and I developed a genuine trust in his ability. Matt and Colin have a wonderful business model where the customer is treated like family. We found bats and mice in the attic. The problem was addressed and they gave me time to do other work in the attic after insulation removal and re-insulation occurred.
