regular house cleaning. Overall I was very satisfied with the work done. I was not expected the house to be so clean in such a short amount of time. Blinds were dusted in addition to regular cleaning. Floors were not as clean as I had hoped and scent of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming compared to past visits. Unfortunately weather prevented me from opening the windows to air it out a bit. I had to go over everything with water to reduce the scent and to clean the sticky floors. I would still use the company again, but I would see what could be done to prevent the issues we had on this visit. Brenda returned my initial phone call promptly. She came to my home and did a complete walk-through, advising me along the way of the methods and products she and her crew utilize. I have been very pleased with the quality of the work from the beginning. Brenda is pleasant and very professional. She and her crew are thorough as well as fast. I like the fact that Brenda is always a part of the cleaning team. She offers tips on cleaning products, and welcomes any criticisms with an open mind, although I have found very little to criticize! One word- Excellent!!! I have used numerous housecleaning companies within the past four years, and while most have been fairly good, this is the first time someone has really impressed me. From the beginning, the owner remained in contact with me via phone, email and text to get all the right information and he and his crew arrived on-time!!!! From start to finish, this company was friendly and professional. I provided them with a whole list of things I needed done, and they were finished, I was amazed by the quality of their work. For example, many companies I've used (whether noted ahead of time or when they arrive) will list many basic cleaning services they wont do (or will do for an additional cost), such as clean the microwave, move objects to wipe shelves, polish woodwork and clean baseboards, dust hard to reach cobwebs around ceilings, etc. Conversely, this company didn't try to cut corners or nickle and dime me!!! They did a fabulous job attending to detail and all three floors of my home now sparkle!! I am so happy with this family business that I plan on referring my grandmother to them and I would recommend this company to anyone on Angie's List as wellshow more

I would highly recommend this company for housecleaning. Moshi was able to come to the house and give me an estimate just hours after I called him. He was able to schedule the cleaning very quickly and worked on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule. He and his crew were very thorough. The house had a layer of dry wall dust all over it. By the time they were done, the house was pretty much sparkling. It took a crew of 6, 8 hours to clean it as promised. I believe this took longer than originally estimated, but the cost did not increase as a result. I was very impressed with the job they did and would use them again. We called the company and were able to schedule an initial appointment for an estimate in a timely fashion. We learned that this is a family owned company and have worked with the owner's son, Fabricio Mendeiro, who is polite and professional. We felt the price for the work was reasonable. The crew arrives on time and does more cleaning tasks than our previous company did (i.e., vacuuming under the sofa cushions) without our having to ask. i found raven here on angie's list. she had such high ratings, i thought i'd give her a chance. she definitely lives up to the hype with her quality of work! she is so thorough with every detail of how she runs her company: insured, bonded, great referrals, clean background check, customer reviews, etc. and best of all, my house has never been cleaner. her price is not the cheapest in town, but it's not too expensive either. i'm definitely sticking with her because she's a small business, woman-owned, and high qualityshow more

The crew was punctual (arrived a bit early actually), and went immediately to work. While most of the crew moved their supplies into the house, a gentleman walked the house with me to get the layout and any areas I wanted them to pay particular attention to. I, along with our three labs, stayed out of the way while the worked. After approximately 2.5 hours, they came to tell me they were done. This is the third company that we have hired to do a biannual cleaning (Feb and September). The others were good, but this company was amazing. The level of clean was definitely superior to the prior companies. The bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling. The stove looked brand new in spite being over 20 years old. The crew was late because they went to the wrong location. I had specified prior that the cleaning was not doing to be done at the billing address, but it somehow was overlooked in the date of the cleaning. The delay did not cause any inconvenience to us, because she is basically home bound and the later time worked out better for her. Overall the cleaning was ok. The crew did not speak English and used a translator over the telephone to communicate which was somewhat of an obstacle. The following day or later that day, I stopped by and was disappointed that the house did not have a fresh and clean smell. It did not look bad though. Maybe the products they use are not scented? I am very impressed with Michelle and her company. Within a week of our first phone conversation, Michelle and her crew of three other ladies came out and thoroughly cleaned our house. They did an excellent job and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Michelle is very professional and has a delightful manner and personality.
