I THOUGHT THEY WERE A BIT OVERPRICED FOR THE CAULK WORK AND I THOUGHT IT WAS CLEAR UP FRONT THEY WERE TO REPLACE ALL THE CAULK IN THE SHOWER. IN THE END THEY REPLACED MOST OF IT BUT NOT ALL. COMMUNICATION IS KEY.

I bought a deal to get windows weatherized but when they came out here they said my windows didn't actually need caulking because of the kind of windows they were. They caulked some windows anyway, long story short I feel like I paid for a service I didn't need but I can't blame anyone but myself for that. I am only writing this review because Angie's list won't stop calling me until I do. Be careful when you buy those deals...there's no going back if you buy something you don't really need

JOHN BRONNER WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL IN REMOVING THE OLD CAULKING AND THE NEW CAULKING WAS VERY PROFESSIONALLY DONE. HE WAS VERY NEAT--HE BROUGHT HIS OWN VACUUM CLEANER WITH HIM. HE WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY.

While he was a nice guy that showed up on time and was easy to schedule with, he didn't do a very good job. For the drywall repair, the wall has an uneven gash in it that he painted right over. Apparently that was up to his standards. He also did not clean up after himself and wasn't prepared with shoe covers. I had to clean up chunks of drywall from the bathroom floor and inside the tub both times he was here (1 to drywal and another to sand/paint). For the caulking job, he had to come back 3 times. First time, he didn't remove all of the clear caulking which had moldy spots. So, when he put the new clear caulk over it, you could still see the mold. So the second time he came and brought white caulking to cover it up, but I don't think he actually removed the old caulking as we had requested. So, that time it started crumbling off right away because I think there were too many layers of caulking. He came back a third time and finally removed the old caulking and put in the clear caulking which seems fine now

2 guys came in the evenings and were only able to do the work with the use of our worklights. definitely unprepared. we had to call their supervisor as their work was not satisfactory. uneven board cuts and caulking. the supervisor remarked that they did not use the right type of saw for the job. only 1 of the 2 fellows seemed knowledgeable. the process between 2-4 weeks. some of the time delay was d/t weather, but now all. we did not know when they would be arriving or a firm date as to when it would be completed. but we did not ask for that either, shame on us. the last trip they forgot to stain the 2 boards on the garage, so my husband did that rather than call them out again. who knows when that would have been

My Handyman
Steve, did the work (caulking around kitchen sink and bath tub). He was very punctual (8:00 on the dot) and went right to work. His work appears excellent, I was very pleased, he was courteous and explained what he would do.

AT FIRST THEY DID NOT COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY FAXED A CONTRACT FOR A MINIMUM DUE FOR WORK OF $300. (2 MEN X $45/HOUR EACH). THE WORK TURNED OUT TO BE LESS SO THEY REDUCED THE FINAL BILL TO $200.

Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians
This is our second experience using The Eco Plumbers and extremely pleased. The dishwasher was difficult to install due to space limitations. Travis did a great job and checked all the existing plumbing to assure nothing had worn out and would leak with the new dishwasher. The bath tub was an unusual problem. Previous owners had replaced the tub and did not level properly. The edges were low in some places and high in others. The previous Eco Plumber technician showed me how to remove the old caulk to ready for the new application. Travis did an excellent job adjusting to the different height levels. Tub looks amazing and now much easier to clean. This company is impressive in their performance, knowledge, professionalism and pricing

Fantastic! Very friendly and professional. Jerry explained what they were going to do up front Keith followed up with a walk-thru and explanai on of everything they did. Work was exceptional. Went above and beyond to make the job a success. We had to be patient. Jerry was quick to get out and do an estimate, but a little slow getting it back to us. Also took about a month before they could do the work. It was well worth the wait. We are now getting ready to do the inside. I'm looking forward to seeing his next estimate

This is the third ime I have engaged AAIBC. The first time was to clear ice in the dead of winter from our box gutters (2014). The second was a major repair job to our 1871 farm house that had significant rot in in one corner, sill to ceiling, eave & soffit repair, cleaning and re-sealing our box gutter, the removal of a massive bee hive, significant replacement and repair of the siding, carpentry work on damaged corbels, installation of soffits vents (2015). This last service was for about 5 minor roofing issues. Issac White, the owner, is especially knowledgeable about older homes, slate roofs, box gutter, etc. He does everything possible to not compromise the aesthetics of your home. His roofing crew is particularly good and punctual
