I love this company. They are so professional. I have used them for over 20 years and their service has always been great, but after a few years it normally goes down hill. Not this group, they are better than ever. We had a spot on our downstairs carpet that was from someone cleaning the carpet themselves and not getting all the soap out so there was some oxidation. On the first cleaning, Sean was able to make it better. I called Scott Gerlach to say it was better, but still needed a little more work. He sent Sean out immediately and cleaned that area again with no questions and no hassle. Outstanding customer service!! Keep up the good work Gerlach

Technicare Carpet Cleaning
It went wonderfully. They were prompt and professional. I have a small house and when I called, I told them I also had a hallway from the living room to the bedroom, as other companies had charged me as such. When the technician arrived, he told me he did not consider anything that was shorter than he was tall a hall way and therefore did not charge me as such. The job they did was fantastic. My carpet was cleaner than when I had used one of those national companies! I will definitely use them again!
