It was good. It was the owner and son. The owner was fine. The son just had an attitude, a little chip on his shoulder. The owner talked too much. They were reasonably prompt. They could have been a little more prompt and then they could have had a better attitude for the son. He acted like he just did not want to be there. The owner was pleasant and chatty but we were hoping they could just be more efficient because we had other things to do, while we waitedshow more

He performed the work in a timely fashion. The carpet is much cleaner than it was before. He used a product that made the carpet stiff so when he cleaned the carpet it left the carpet stiff, but when I vacuumed over it the carpet became soft again. I moved some of the furniture out of the way so he mostly did the high traffic areas such as the walkways. He was able to clean 8 partial rooms which had beds and other items stacked up in them. I felt that the price was reasonableshow more

I never received a heads up that he was on his way. I just happen to be looking out the window at 12:16 pm and saw the truck. I went out and found a card saying sorry we missed you ...time? 12:00pm. So I asked the tech how long has he been here. Said he just got there and was leaving cause no answer at the door. I pointed out very mild marks on carpet and was told if I didn't know what it was he may not be able to get it out. I asked about his special chemicals. He said he didn't have anything more than anyone else. I was frustrated and said please SELL me on your co. Why would I even use you?. After that I felt tech just wanted to leave. He clearly was not waiting in my driveway for over 16 minutes by his own admission. Carpet cleaning is only as good as person doing it . It took twelve hours to dry with ceiling fans going in all rooms. Received a follow up call from cust service. I called back and left a message and have still not received a call back. The serviceman was very prompt and professional. He explained how he was going to clean the carpet and asked if I had any questions. He did a great job and explained what I needed to do to ensure the carpet dried thoroughly and to raise the knap up on the carpet. Carpet smelled fresh and looked 100% bettershow more

It would be impossible to improve on the rug cleaning service I received from Technicare. I was especially pleased that Dave and the other fellow were able to get the red wine stain out of the carpet. In addition, they moved furniture, lamps, etc. off the carpets, then put everything back in exactly the same spot. They cleaned up the water from my wood floors where the hoses had lain and surprised me by shampooing the small rug inside my front door. The job was done more quickly than I expected. Jeff arrived on time, was professional and did a great job. He was able to get out a lot of stubborn stains, including cat urine in one bedroom. He tried, but was unable, to remove two small nail polish and red creme soda stains in my daughter's room...we figured those stains were permanent, but we appreciated his effort.Finally, he vacuumed pet hair from the small tile landings inside the front and garage doors... so we wouldn't track dirt on the clean carpet. He gave us a 10% Angie's List discount. We will definitely use Knight's againshow more
