A very positive experience with CJS. I got several different estimates for patching and seal coating my country driveway. Only CJS was willing to patch the driveway at a lower minimum cost - the other big companies were prohibitive. The owner arrived promptly for an assessment of the work and was flexible with the scheduling. He and his team arrived on time the day the work was to be performed and it was completed on time and in a professional manner. The patching allowed us to save the driveway from having to be completely replaced in the future and the cost for patching and seal coating was reasonable. They also used professional, quality grade materials for the work. We will have CJS back for the next seal coatingshow more

They could not get to us in the fall of 2011 due to weather so they contacted us in the spring of 2012. The estimate stayed the same. They patched three spots and were honest that they could not guarantee the patches. But the patches are doing quite nicely over a year later. Brian and Earletta were great. Explained what they could do to extend the life of my driveway. Cleaned and edged the drive. Then patched some cracks and small cave-ins from burrowing chipmonks. Jeff was responsive & reliable. The quality of his work was better than anyone else I have used in the past. The job was clean & neat with no sealant on the grass, driveway, sidewalk or garage floor. They swept the driveway & trimmed the grass along the edges before beginning. He put a good thick coat of sealant on the driveway. Very quick and friendly when receiving estimate. We were unable to afford the suggested two coat application and although he recommended it, he was fine with doing all that we could afford at this time. Scheduled to come out on Thursday or Friday, but that was delayed with rain. Delayed again on Saturday due to rain. He was prompt in calling to tell us that he would not be coming out those days due to weather. He was out on Sunday and did a great job. Quick and clean - everything looks great. The owner is very responsive and came out to provide a quote on a Saturday at the beginning of the season. He took his time, looked at the driveway and called out a few areas of concern. The work was scheduled and they were meticulous in covering the driveway with a push tool and not "spraying it on". They answered on my first phone call. We setup an appointment for an estimate for a day or two later, and they called promptly called afterward to say they had left the written estimate at my door. I called back that evening, scheduled the work, and came home to it completed on the day they said they'd do it. No problems at all, they did a neat job, and I'd use them again. We called to get them to come out and install a drain in our driveway due to flooding into our garage. They got us our quote and spoke with us about our options. We were able to book the service and were vey pleased with the outcome. The drain takes care of all of our water problems and we are thankful to finally not have to drive over a pothole every time we pull into our drivewayshow more

Overall, the work performed was very good and I would probably use them again in the future. I bought the deal through Angies List and then contacted the provider to setup a date. They never responded. I wanted to ensure my two cars were not in the garage because then they would be stuck. I contacted them again. No response. I contacted them and asked that they at least give me a call on the day they planned to show up so that I would ensure my cars were moved. Nothing. I came home from work one day and the job was done along with a bill for an extra charge for crack filling. I was never contacted to ask if I would pay for the additional service.
