When we bought this home in June, one of the required remedies was to get rid of the carpenter ants and the mice. We had a paid invoice by another company saying that work was completed. It wasn't. Last year 1st Response did an application to my house to control ants. By November I had ants in my basement and by February they were in my kitchen. After I called a man showed up and, after seeing that I had a patio, said that patios are where ants live and no wonder I had an ant problem.
