The gentleman who delivered it was very courteous and placed the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. He explained to me what types of materials were OK to place in the dumpster. I called several providers on Angie's list. Dawn was polite, honest, listened to what I needed to have happen and gave me a fair price. She didn't belittle me or boast about their service, she simply was straightforward with the information and shared the pros and cons. They were not the cheapest - but also were not the most expensive. I called back with the 'order". I arrived a bit early to my mother-in-law's house, and they had already arrived:-) Dave and his wife were efficient and incredibly friendly. I enjoyed the time with them and confirmed the payment arrangements and the pick up time for the next day to be transported to the second location. Dawn called me the next day when Dave had picked up the dumpster - so I could meet him at the second location. He arrived within a reasonable time period, again friendly and professional:-) Set the dumpster in place so the second location could be cleared out. During the conversation I learned he and his wife owned the business and Dawn was his daughter. I noticed on his card the fish symbol for Christianity and wasn't surprised as they seemed to be living their faith in all they did. Evaluated strictly as a dumpster rental service I guess they were OK. Reasonable to work with, delivered and picked up when they said it would be. The dumpsters were a nice size to work with, not taking up too much room in the driveway. HOWEVER: I chose them based upon statements on their website (http://froghauling.com/) Quotes from their site: "The Green Residential Mini Dumpster Service" and "Recycling and Eco-Friendly Service: Every effort possible is used to recycle your trash. We are the only Columbus dumpster rental service that provides the ability for the customer to help recycle their trash." based on a statement the driver made to me, I doubt the truth of this advertising. I had cautioned the driver about something that might appear to be recyclable but probably should be discarded. The driver's response "Don't worry. It's all going straight to the dump." Since I had chosen them with the understanding that they would recycle as much of it as possible, I was disappointed to say the least. I purposely went with them even though they were more expensive than my first choice because of this promise of recyclingshow more

From the first contact through delivery of the paid invoice, I was very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of DSS Services. The job took 2 days and involved hauling out four huge dumpster loads of debris. The three man crew worked well together, and their skill and experience in demolition was obvious. Care was taken to reduce the impact of the large equipment on our lawn and to minimize tree damage. The site involved working around large trees that were close to the building being torn down, and they all came through well. Clean up was thorough. I will be using them again in the futureshow more

I called Frog Hauling in Columbus to order 2 - 20' dumpsters. I spoke with Pat who informed me they did not have any in stock. He said he would try to get 1 if not they would send a 16' and "just let him know if this wouldn't be enough and he would dump it and get me a new one. He pretended to be polite and accommodating. They delivered 2 -10' dumpsters instead of the 16' promised. When I call Pat of Frog Hauling Columbus back, he was rude and condescending. He cut me of immediately and told me I would have to pay an additional $304 per dumpster.
