Description of Work: Mel is the owner. He returns calls promptly and is very helpful on the phone. His employee Gary is professional and knowledgeable. I've hired them for three plumbing jobs over the years -- two minor leaks and one major, replacing my water heater. Mel actually pointed me in the right direction to get warranty assistance for my water heater, saving me hundreds of dollars. I would recommend them without reservation.
