Description of Work: Laid a concrete pad down and erected a steel shop. They did not follow the stamped blueprints provided to them: as a result, they had to add to the concrete and cut and weld parts of the shop. The floor holds water: all four corners of shop are not flush, so water and snow come in. He quit the job before finishing after he was paid in full.
