Description of Work: Seems like a very nice person and he is supposedly going to school to be a minister, obviously a ploy. Job Service referred him to me when I requested someone who could do subfloor work in a mobile home. Did not remove and replace original subfloor, only overlayed new plywood over original subfloor. Claims he is bonded and insured, he is not. Claimed he is experienced drywaller, he is not. Damaged and broke sills and equipment without telling us or repairing. Would not provide tax id# after he claimed we owed him another $400 over the $800 we paid him. Would not provide an invoice account of his hours. Drywall and mudding is the worst I have ever seen. Did not cut or fill in around electrical outlets to code. I'm sure he doesn't even know what the codes are. Electrician had to cut electrical cord out and replace for the stove fan as he did not bring through in correct place. Workers at Ziggy's told us we purchased enough mud to do 1000 yards of drywall, only had 23 4x8 sheets for walls, no ceiling install. Work was performed in a rental property, if it was for my own home I would take him to small claims court so I could have it all tore out and redone correctly. He didn't do any clean up work. I have hired many workers in the last 10 years and Mark is the worst experience I have ever had. Usually workers take some pride in their work. He is not a carpenter or handyman by any means.
