Description of Work: They cut/removed carpet and treated area for human fluids after a person suffered a heart attack. They were very professional, quickly did what needed to be done, and removed the damaged carpet. The materials they used to clean/disinfect the area were biodegradable and safe for humans/pets without using bleach which would have damaged the remaining carpet. They were respectful, empathetic, and supportive. The owner of the company, Stephen Lautzenhiser, was exceptional in his attitude and helpfulness.
