Description of Work: We had a roof replaced on one of our rental properties in Guernsey WY. Bob's Roofing and Repair gave us an acceptable bid to do the work.

+ -1 moreFirst was the call for help to all roofers in the vicinity, on a Friday night. Bob was one of the few that even bothered to call me back and he called on Saturday! He earned a ton of brownie points for his prompt response. It was his busy season but was able to come by and give me an estimate within a couple days. We had to do some wrangling with the insurance company but Bob was by our side the whole time and even adjusted his price to help. The job itself was amazing. Trucks filled with workers showed up at the scheduled time and just went nuts. They removed and replaced all the shingles, cleaned up after themselves and POOF, they were done and gone by the end of ONE day. I walked around the property and couldn't tell they had been there. All plants and shrubs were in perfect condition and it was spotless. They even re-shingled the little door that leads to the crawl space. Job VERY well done. 10 stars!
