concrete repair
+ -1 moreChris Pedersen, owner of CAP MASONARY and I signed a contract for concrete work. He requested payment up front for material in the amount of$ 7,687.00 which I paid him on Oct 27, 2020 with a check that he cashed that day. He has done no work, does not take my calls nor answers my emails. I'm 72 years old and this is abuse and fraud on a senior citizen. In the mean time he has set up a twitter account showing all the other work he has done.
