 + -1 moreJames went out of his way to work me in to his schedule, came out and fixed the problem. He spent a great deal of time trying to find parts to fix my faucet but could not so he told me to go to the hardware store and pick one out and then he installed it for me. He could have charged me for all the time he was there and for his trip to the store to buy other parts but he didn't.
Description of Work: Replaced leaking faucet and unclogged drain

 + 0 moreWe have no negatives to say about James. He does great work, is very reliable and efficient. He is also very careful when doing messy work in your home and outside. He will take his shoes off and is conscientious about not tracking in your home.
Description of Work: James with Rub a Dub Tub is excellent! He is honest, efficient, meticulous and does fabulous work on tubs and all plumbing. He is the only plumber I will use and I recommend him to everyone! There is nothing that he can't do and he also has great ideas when remodeling your plumbing... I had him repair, kitchen faucet, scope se[tic pipes, redo bathrooms, kitchens, repair outside sinks, faucets, re-did an antique bathtub and made it look brand new....and more.

 + 1 moreJames gave me an estimate of the work before hand and it was less expensive to refinish the harvest gold bathtub than to replace it. When he arrived, he taped off and covered everything in the bathroom and he covered my floor with where he was coming and going. He sprayed the bathtub, replaced the gold toilet, installed a new sink, and a counter with a tile back splash. He cleaned his area and left it looking better than when he got there.
Description of Work: After James refinished our bathroom fixtures, we had our house appraised and the appraiser made a note of the "newly remodeled" bathroom. He had no idea that it was a 20 year old tub! James Culver refinished our harvest gold bathtub, replaced the toilet, and installed a new sink; he sprayed it a lovely bright white. James has also repaired our water heater, looked at pipes in our crawl space, and he will blow out our sprinkler system in the Fall. James is pleasant and professional and he always keeps his work space clean; he leaves it cleaner than when he started! James' prices are reasonable and he does not inflate his time, unlike other companies I have dealt with. I trust James with any plumbing or refinishing and will always call him first.
