LEE METAL WORKS

The receptionist said that Carl found a defective part and that it order a new one and schedule a time to come back and replace it.
After 2 weeks I hadn't heard back from them so I called and was told that the part had come in the week before and that he would call to schedule a time. We finally got him back up there and he did fix the problem and the unit has worked ok since but I had asked that if any of it wasn't covered under warranty to let me know and was told by the office lady that she thought that it would all be covered but that she would get with him (Carl) and if there were any charges she would let me know. I didn't hear back from them and the matter was forgotten. 10 days ago, on 06/13/2014, almost a year later.. I received a bill in the mail for $312 !! What?? A year goes by and all of a sudden they want $312? four hours labor at $75 per hour to change out the part.

My furnace started experiencing problems where it would fire up then shut right down. After it would do this a few times, the furnace would quit completely and it would have to be restarted manually. I called Lee Metal Works around 9am and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled an appointment for later that day and Carl Lee, the owner showed up on time to work on the furnace. Within ten minutes he had diagnosed the problem and then made the necessary repairs He could have charged me for a new part but instead, cleaned up and refurbed the old part to make it work correctly.The furnace has been running perfectly since he completed the repairs.
