 + -1 moreWe dropped the computer off to try and determine why his keyboard suddenly stopped working. This was on a Friday and they called on Monday to tell us that his computer was toast. They could not fix it. Because he was now without a computer we asked if the ever sold any refurnished computers and yes they did have one. We went and looked at it, and James(the owner) personally worked with us and described the new-used computer. We agreed to buy it and they credited us for the diagnostics they had ran on the old one and took it from ensure that it and all of the inside components would be recycled in the correct manner. this made a lot of good since. All in all I would give them the highest rating. They were wonderful to work with, extremely friendly, and super knowledgeable about computers.
Description of Work: Try to fix my husbands Lenovo computer.

 + -1 moreIt was great, they were prompt, called when they knew what was wrong, fixed it and called when it was finished. The cost was well below what I had expected. I had had the computer to another repair shop and they said it was fixed, charged a lot and the computer still didn't work when I got it home.

 + 0 moreAll was done quickly and perfectly. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. I was given choices and told the advantages and disadvantages of each choice. Nothing was "pushed" on me. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The cost was a bargain! I'm completely happy with the results.
Description of Work: I purchased a used desktop computer from Just Computers and had the memory increased and speeded up, as well as wireless capabilty added.

 + -1 moreWe're very happy with our "new" computer. It does exactly what we need it to do. Also, if we have any questions about anything related to the operation of this machine, James has been very helpful. If you need good, reliable computer service with service after the sale, we highly recommend Just Computers in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Description of Work: Our old computer was examined very throughouly and the problems it had and it's inner workings were explained to us in language we could understand. We were given several choices on how we could proceed and time to think it over. Our choices included getting a second opinion, if we wanted. We decided that for our simple needs a refurbished, guaraneed, up-to-date and inexpensive computer that James had in his shop would work for us.
