his violation in 5 years. He insists he's right yet we are willing to compromise but he won't budge. We still don't have 2 ground rod protection for our house. If anything happens we will probably be suing for more than he wants to contemplate. BUYER BEWARE now direct electric is dunning us to pay to fix his code violations and for installing a ground rod that never got finished. HAD TO SPEND $468 TO FIX DIRECT ELECTRICS SCREW UP IN OUR MUDROOM. HIS EMPLOYEES COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO WIRE THE MUDROOM THE WAY IS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WIRED BEFORE ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES SCREWED IT UP ROYALLY. WE FOUND SOMEONE TO DO THE WIRING THE WAY IT WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO BE AND FINISH INSTALLING THE CODE REQUIRED SECOND GROUND ROD. SINCE MR OLSEN WILL NOT COMPROMISE WE WILL PROBABLY BE LETTING THE COURTS DECIDE
Description of Work: Hired to Wire whole house new construction. One wall of our murtoom was not wired correctly and to this day is not correct. Mr. Olsen blames me for changing my mind when his electrician couldn't see plumbing stub outs that indicated a sink of some kind. State inspector faulted him on not being to code and he told us we had one year for warrantee work. The code didn't change for

We wired the house 2007 through 2008. The plans/blueprints were in her head on how to wire the house. The house turned out the way she wanted. The problem was that during the rough in process of the mudroom/laundry room/entry way/ mechanical room or vetrinarial dog wash room (which is one room), she changed her mind. And again on trimout. Upon finish, the work on the house was all to the Natural Electrical Code. There was no cabinet counter or sink at that time. If the sink would hace been installed as origionally planned, the one GFCI outlet added per the inspection they had done in 2011, would not have been required. In July of 2010 we did additional work on the house, adding devices and moving switches at her request. Again at that time she talked about remodelig that room. We went over the options and again she was not positive what she wanted. The money she spent was not for anything we did without her direction but only her changing her mind again. I warranty parts and labor for one year and the quality of our work for lifetime.

They were on time, responded to my calls, did excellent work and we enjoyed working with them. They were referred by a carpenter friend. Stayed on my crazy and aggressive schedule to get it done. Then returned to final electrical and kept up to the end with inspectors demands.
Description of Work: Troy and his company completely rewired this old house (1905). took out the old, brought in new service, split service for 2 units, ran wires, plugs, outlets, switches, fixtures to code.
