I had contacted Captain Clean in Sheridan to shampoo three bedroom carpets two days before moving in are new house. They were able to fit us into their busy schedule right before Christmas. They were very professional and the carpets look great. I would highly recommend Captain Clean for carpet cleaning.

The service provider, Jamie, was a perfect gentleman and took the time to go over all of my options and allowed me to select according to my priorities, one of which was pricing. I left after the decisions were made and total price shared with me. It was about $100 and I elected to pay him on site. I then returned to work and left him to do the work. He locked him when he completed the job. I was quite pleased when I returned home and found the brightened carpet and sofa/upholstery. He had sat the furniture up above the damp carpet on foam placers. They were very easy for me to remove later when it was completely dry. Jamie also provided me with some "touch-up" cleaner in a bottle as a courtesy for any future stains that might need some spot cleaning. I received a thank you card in the mail the following day from the owner of Captain Clean, Margaret, thanking me for being a customer. If that was not "above and beyond" follow up to assure good service, Margaret placed a personal phone call to me to inquire whether I was satisfied with the work completed and their service provider. I was simply amazed for the small job they provided that Captain Clean would make such an effort to assure I was a satisfied customer. I will have future cleanings done with Captain Clean including my drapery and duct cleaning. Heaven forbid I would need fire or flood restoration but, if so, they have been added to my contact list on my phone.

They did a great job. I called on a Thursday and was scheduled for the following Tuesday. They were right on time and the cleaning took only half as long as I had expected. The serviceman (Ryan) was very friendly and professional and did a great job.
