I needed some repair work that was possible out of their service area but was told they would check on it and let me know the next day. It has been a week and I still have not heard back. While I understand the part of being out of service range, the call back as promised is customer service. I think it is good business to follow through if you tell the client you will call them back.
Description of Work: I called for an appointment. No services.
