Description of Work: Trees Unlimited (3 or 4 family members) built my 3500 square foot house a few hundred yards from the North Platte River in rural Wyoming, a very demanding architectural design. The work was remarkably thorough and dedicated and of the highest quality. The professionalism of this family crew is very rare in a rural area and most of their hand-picked sub-contactors for specialized work were also of high quality. During the 15 months of construction the site was kept scrupulously clean. The architect was flabbergasted by the tidy building site every time he visited. A few difficulties of joinery were solved when Trees pioneered a problem-solving technique of taking close-up photographs and emailing them to the architect or project manager or roof engineer. In the years since the house was finished this company has provided maintenance and repairs. The only semi-problem was their inability to keep to a schedule--the process took several months longer than anyone had planned. The same company did the landscaping involving native trees, rocks, fenced gardens to keep out deer and much more including mowing and tree pruning and pest control. They made and maintain gravel and concrete driveways and access roads, reconstructed a greenhouse moved from another site.
