Description of Work: Terrible terrible experience. Over and Over again there were problems. They didn't show up to do a spring cleaning because they did their locals first...I live out of town but my property is local. So We get over that hurdle, they agree to come and do the spring clean up. They first go to someone elses house only realizing their mistake when that homeowner comes home and asks them what they are doing at her house. They then have the guts to ask for payment for services not asked for or wanted. That homeowner refused. So they call me and want me to pay for it or at least a tip. Uh...NO! Finally they get to my property. They perform services in the spring clean up that I specifically asked them not to do and charge me for them. I pay for it and expect to move on to bi-weekly mow and trim services. I was quoted 30 but bills ranged from 20 to 50 for a two week mow and trim. The billing was completely inconsistent-I received anywhere from one bi-weekly bill to one a summer. They come back two weeks later and slice completely through my tenants brand new hose. When we both called them on it they refuse that they did it and actually insist that they witnessed someone do it and another neighbor also witnessed the second neighbor slice the hose with a utility knife. Bull crap! So they refused to pay for the hose. I refused to pay for the services and they have now been banned from my properties. They continue to try to bill me and refuse to pay for the hose. It is a no win situation. I tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but can no longer.

+ -1 moreThey had to get underneath the sidewalk and everything like that. We are going to use it but then we are waiting on if we can get any other lower bid from anybody else.
Description of Work: I called them before to get a bid from them for work. They were going to reroute our sprinkler line in front of the office.

+ 3 moreWe had recently bought a new home. Our yard was nothing but dirt and rocks. On the advice of a friend, we contacted Sweetwater Lawncare. Was very pleased that they could handle all the aspects of our yard project, and the estimated cost was below our expected budget. One day before the project was to start, I got a call from them. They had finished another job early, and wanted to know if they could start one day early on ours! Wow, a contractor who actually keeps a good schedule and calls to inform you of changes! So, they started a day early. Tilled up the entire yard area and dug trenches for the sprinkler lines. One day. Next day, they laid the lines for the sprinkler system and as certain zones were complete, they were laying the sod and the blocks/pavers. Needless to say, they finished early. Two days early, to be exact. So if you look at the time, you'll see a difference of one day in the expected time. That pleased us, but not as much as what they did next. They removed an entire days labor from the bill! We expected to pay the amount of the estimate, as that amount was stipulated in our contract. What a pleasant surprise! All during the project, all members of the crew were very polite and looked to be well groomed. Very professional looking too in the same uniform. I plan to hire them to maintain our beautiful new lawn!
Description of Work: Installed new irrigation and sod, along with block landscaping and a walk made of pavers.
