We went to their showroom to talk to them about a problem we had in our kitchen. They weren't interested in talking to us. They said they would have someone call us and that never happened.

Installer did good job, cleaned up after himself, really knew what he was doing, very polite.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of bathroom removed tub, put in shower only, grab bars, new vanity, new higher toilet plus flooring. It was a very small bathroom.

Jim & team were on time, they covered our carpet with plastic for kitchen gutting. They performed high quality, installations. We had a final product that exceeded our expectations. We rehired for 2 bath vanity, counter and sink redo's.

Very good. Trustworthy. Home owners have to work and would leave company employee in home all day without worry.

The only drawback is that it is pricey. However, you get what you pay for and the quality matched the price.
Description of Work: We were building a house and they designed the layout and ordered all the cabinetry and countertops for the kitchen, bathrooms (4), laundry room, office space, and mud room. Outstanding quality and professionalism. Very easy to work with.

I live in the same county ( as this business), out in farm country. I was building a new home. He gave us a price for kitchen cabinets and countertops. The price was around 31,000.00. I then happened to make a trip with my builder to another state and went to a nationally know hardware store and found identical cabinetry and countertops. The price was over 8,000.00 less. I sent him an email very politley asking him what the difference was, I was honest and told him exactly what I had found. He wrote me a scathing reply about loyalty and that I was not to contact him again. I think because of where I lived he thought he could get away with charging me what ever he thought he could get away with. If he would have worked with me at all and explained his reasons for his pricing I would have consider keeping the money inside our state, but from his reply I was 100% sure he knew he had been caught red handed trying to fleece us.
Description of Work: He gave us a price quote for cabinets and countertops for our new home.
