Description of Work: We were on the way back from Denver to Seattle in our fairly new 2015 Ford F-350 pulling a 5th wheel trailer. Coming into the Rock Springs area my diesel suddenly showed the Diesel Particulate filter was full, but instead of the truck going into cleaning function, it went into limp mode and wanted to shut down. This was a Friday night and I knew we were stuck till Mobday at least and maybe longer. In the AM ( Saturday morning) I called a prominent local Tow company and asked if they knew of anyone independent, that had the skills to work in a newer Ford Diesel. The owner told me that Kevin Robertson the owner, had extensive Ford experience but was maybe not open this Saturday because of his commitment to the local city Parade celebration- that he does every year with his family. We contacted him, told him about our situation. He's a very family oriented man and asked if we could wait till he was done with the parade and then he would look at it. I was overjoyed, he was going to make a special trip in to get us back on the road, no one does this anymore- no one! We limped out fig to his shop and parked & waited about an hour. Kevin and his wife Samantha showed up with a gaggle of kids to see what the problem was. On our initial meeting I knew his experience just in his confidence in knowing what the problem was. He was sure our truck had incorrect or non updated software and was sure he could remedy this. You see Kevin comes from a Family of Ford Dealer owners out of Oregon and also had moved to Wyoming to work for Halburton. During his time at Halburton he was given the chance to be involved with Fords testing of the New 6.7L Diesel in Halburton test trucks. Oh yes he had experience. He fixed our problems and also went with me on a personal drive of more than 40 miles to make sure all was well. He charged us fairly and we went on our way. Even though the truck was under warranty I gladly paid, because we could have been there a week waiting on a small town Ford Dealer to even look at it. My wife and I cannot say enough about the Robertsons business. I give them an A+++++
