They will not guarantee me that it will not leak. They said it is my responsibility to make sure that it does not leak. Even though they told me when I signed the contract that there would not be a problem.

Response from Roofing Specialists
Customer leakage is currently coming from her skylights, not her roof. At the time of the roof replacement, we had recommended to her husband/boyfriend (who was home at the time) that the skylights be removed or replaced. He declined. Skylight seals can fail over time and these skylights were old. We did not install new skylights, so we told her we would not guarantee that her skylights would not leak. Now she is blaming us for work we did not do. The roof is guaranteed and we honor that guarantee, however, we were unable to offer a skylight warranty, as they were not replaced at the time of her roof replacement.

I have only spoke to them over the phone and received a quote by email. I never saw the person who came to the house and measured for the job. No work has been done by this contractor.
Description of Work: They have only provided a quote at this time but the did go over some options.

I have no complaints or suggestions whatsoever. Everything was excellent! I would recommend them completely!
Description of Work: Removed the shingles and replaced them on detaqched garage. Removed shingles and wood roof on house. The work was completed very well in two and one-half days. The boss and the workers were all very respectful and effecient in their work. I definitely recommend them as excellent workers and people.

, ,The contractor, Rand, and his workers completed the work on my garage and house in two and one-half days. When I contacted Rand for an initial bid for some wind damage on the roofs of my house and garage, he said he would contact my insurance company and take care of everything for me. Rand and his five workers worked very professionally and successfully!
Description of Work: ROOFING SPECIALISTS, 307-922-3208, is a contractor and team of workers who have my complete confidence, respect and appreciation for the work done on my house and separate garage. Because of wind damage, the insurande company helped to defray the total cost, but the work rapidly done on my property by Roofing Specialists, greatly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any work to be completed on any part of the roofing of a building..
