SUMMIT SHEET METAL

I called one day and left a message without a returned call. I then called the next day and talked to Dave that scheduled an appointment for later in the week. When the repairman Ted finally showed he had no idea why the fan continued to run he turned a control in the furnace and got is his truck and left without explanation. He also said the combustion fan was rattling and out of balance. I called him and asked why he left without fixing the furnace and he said it was a switch and the fan that he didn't think he could get the parts and said I needed a new furnace that was going to be $2700.00. I contacted another furnace repairman and he said the switch and the combustion fan were both still available to order and the total for the $680.00.

The workmen showed up when they were scheduled and completed what work they could without the electrician being onsite. They rescheduled to come back once the electrician's work was done and made sure the system worked the way it was supposed to. I had neglected to schedule the workmen and electrician at the same time. The install was early enough in the season that it was easy to get both appointments on their schedule. They also answered all the questions I had about the unit: ie; sizing options, location, filtration.
