Description of Work: We ordered a new toilet which was installed well. The plumber was also able to look at a second toilet and clean out the line, even though we hadn't scheduled that for the day.

+ -1 moreThey seemed very nice and knowledgable. They looked at all the plumbing in the bathroom and it looked jerry rigged, which I could see for myself and agreed with. They said it seemed like it wouldn't be too big a job and took measurements and everything so they could be me an estimate on a shower and a full tub. The problem is I never heard from them again. I even called back and left a voicemail asking for the estimate and no one ever called me back. It's fine if they are too busy right now, but at least call back and tell me that!
Description of Work: He came out to give me an estimate on a bathtub installation. He brought a contractor with him. We discussed which way to go with it (shower vs. full tub).

They answered all my questions and set up an appointment that was best for my schedule. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in my area.
