Would not recommend. They took two measurements two different times and still got the measurements wrong. They told me it would be an express order and it has been nearly 3 weeks. The original quote about 7 weeks ago told us it would take 2.5 to 3 weeks from the factory on a regular order. Why has it been so long? Why do we feel like the guinea pigs for a company that has supposedly been in business for years? Then they tell us they're backed up.... is it cuz they're too busy fixing all the mistakes??? They did give us half off but after all this I wouldn't of wanted to pay the rest, honestly.

Very poorly.
Description of Work: Delivered 2 large windows to a house. One was faulty and fogged up shortly. No warranty because they did not install it. Bought a second window, was charged roughly $250 for two employees to deliver it from Riverton. Second window failed also. I reported it to "Scott" in roughly March 2016 and nothing was ever done until I queried him in late September 2016 at which point I received nothing but lame and pathetic and argumentative excuses. He did not take responsibility for his inaction nor did he apologize for his ineptitude.

The provider showed up, diagnosed the problem, and said they would have to order parts. Three weeks went by with no word at all from them. I called and they said they would be out the following week first thing Monday. No one showed up. I called that Tuesday and the lady said their door guy was on vacation and they might be able to get to it the following week. I told them not to bother, and that I would find someone else. They called back and told me that I would have to pay $173.93 for a and quot;re-stocking feeand quot; on the parts and $75 for labor. I called another guy to come and fix my door, which he did. He had the parts and door fixed in 3 days. I called him back today to work on a different door and he said he couldn't do it because Overhead Door was trying to enforce a non-compete clause on him. Now I have no one I can trust to fix my doors. Thanks for nothing Overhead door.

The real estate that we bought the house from she said they were fair and honest. They were courteous, fast and efficient. And I purchased an extra remote. They were very polite, they were nice fellows they cleaned up and there was no mess or anything. The price was pretty reasonable. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Overhead Door for garage doors, 6 years ago. They did an excellent job. They came out a few months later also when we were having a problem with the remote, I don't know what the problem was, whatever it was he fixed and didnt take him very long. they provided very good service and I felt the price was very fair!
