before they were done they had trouble getting to the job and finishing and after 4 months they said they needed to clear tthe books and get paid. they promised to finish if we paid the balance.against our better judgement we did. paul wehr, the owner promised he wouldnt rip us off and finish the job. he didnt. we had a one year warranty that has now expired . the house itself is not sealed on one end and is freezing cold. the heat ducting to that end is also not finished. we had to have the plumbing finished by our own plumber. they said they would pay the bill and never did. we had to pay that out of pocket. the marriage line of the home took10months to get them to seal. it is finally done. since this started cliffview and paul wehr have quit answering calls and i am faced with paying to have the work finished and the warranty issues fixed by a different contractor. i believe lawsuit is the next step, but i dont want anyone else going thru what we have. be careful of all home sellers but never deal with cliffview homes. they are bold faced thieves.
