Our buyer's agent was great, but the company leaves little to be desired. I have never lived in an area where you were at the beck and call of the company, in past purchases an agency attempts to do everything they can to help the process. Not this company. The broker is ver offputting to the point that she is almost rude. All we received were continued calls to come to their office to complete paperwork, sign this new addendum etc. no attempt was ever made by them to make this easier. My husband works 15 hr days, but they expected him to drop everything at any given time to rush over and sign something. The last straw was at closing when we found out a check that we had given them that was intended to be given to the buyers was missing. It had been mailed, but I have my doubts. So, now I have to once again go out of my way, stop payment on a check, pay the fee, and take them another check. All in all the experience was very disappointing. These people get thousands for doing nothing.
