We do plumbing service work and installation for people and businesses who don't want to wait weeks. We provide water heater service and installation; water softener services, including salt delivery, general plumbing, drain cleaning, fixing leaks. We repair commercial coffee machines. If you can't be there for the install or repair, we'll provide video footage. The Plumber, located in Belle Fourche, SD, has served the Black Hills of SD and WY since 2007. "Steve was a no show for our initial consultation and that should have been our indication to not hire him . We had to call him and he gave us the first of many excuses but he eventually showed up. Steve checked out the job of repairing our sprinkler system manifold, replacing pipes and updating our timer. Steve was either late or just never showed up every time we set up a day to come work on it. Steve eventually finished the job and gave us his guarentee, so we paid him $1100 the day he completed the job. All was better, so we thought. Heck he even offered my son a job saying he is always short-handed. When my sons school year ended (exactly 3 days after he offered him a summer job) my son tried getting in touch with him multiple times Steve never replied. I've tried numerous times to get in touch with Steve because my manifold he replaced and guaranteed is now leaking and a zone is not working. But Steve never answers my wifes calls and messages or mine. Once you pay him good luck ever seeing or hearing from this hack again. We tried giving one of the smaller local companies a try and this was our experience with Steve at Wyoscapes. Horrible."

"We had a bathroom remodel done by this company. There was no discussion prior to the start of the project about what had been purchased for the remodel other than when I mentioned my vanity preference. The vanity was to large for the space so they cut into the drywall to make it fit and the countertop is now built into the wall. They attempted to paint a medicine cabinet to match the color of the vanity that was purchased which was covered in paint drips. A light was supposed to be installed over the vanity. The Sheetrock was mudded and not retextured. The caulking used in the tub must not have been tub safe because after we used it for a few days the caulking started to resoften and ooze out of the cracks it was placed in. The molding around the door frame does not align properly. A whole from a light fixture that was removed was covered with a cover plated with the hole still partially exposed. A thin layer of paint was then applied over the area leaving old wallpaper exposed."
