The sod looks great and they're very good at coming out and addressing the issues I have.

I hate the way they put the piping on the house for the sprinkling system. It's hideous, I hate it. It's really ugly. I'm going to pay someone to change it. The pricing was fair. They address any problems I have with the heads. I told them I didn't like it and they changed it and they made it worse. I said, "Oh I hate that even more," and they wouldn't change it. When I mentioned the problems, they did fix them, but it took me several calls.

They bill by email. They did a pretty good job- there were seven of them out here working and it took them between half an hour to an hour. I would recommend them. The price was reasonable.

A crew of 5 worker showed up at 5 pm to do the job. They used a good variety of yard tools, including a mower, riding mower and weed whacker. Several of them came inside to check with me on some details of the job, which was nice. They did the whole job in 30 minutes and cleaned up after they were done. They were all very polite and well kept. The yard looks great now. I will be calling them back to work on my bushes. I would recommend Tough Guys to anyone who needs yard work quickly.

It was really good, they were really helpful. They were just super nice and super helpful. They just gave me a lot of good information and they weren't getting paid anything so that was pretty cool. I feel like the quote was really fair.

I am so impressed with now nice my yard looks now. They raked pine cones out of corners I didn't even know existed in the yard! It looks great and even though they cleaned all of the dead stuff out of the flower beds, they didn't hurt or destroy any of the live plants. Overall, just a really really nice job.

up without warning.Owner came by within 2 days of my call to discuss yard options and price. Company's employees came on three different days for different services. Service was done as requested, quickly. On 2 occasions, including aeration, 2 employees/ machines were employed, to speed up work. Employees were polite, but not very chatty - which is fine by me. Work was done over a couple of weeks, but there was some intended lags between lawn treatments, and they were in peak early-summer season with big backlog, so I would rate their responsiveness as very good. My only complaint was that they just show up without forewarning. Second visit I asked and quot;foreman' to call in advance, which he did do on next visit.
