To start, he missed our initial meeting time and had to push off until about 3 hours later. When he got to my house he put a snake down two of the drains in which i had told him they were the source to the problem. neither of these did anything. he didn't even attempt to snake out the outside drain which is where all of the current water build up is. basically was no help at all.

We live 50 miles from Laramie. He arrived at 7am, so he was punctual. Our main sewer line is blocked because nothing is draining and our toilets are backed up. So, the plumber arrives on time and started to clean out the main line, but what we found was not the main line. It was an old line. When we did find out where the clean out is, (under the house) he did nothing on the first visit because he did not have time or the materials needed. The clean out is located under the house where there is a lot of muck. Charge for initial visit 302.00 I am not happy to pay so much for nothing. 2nd visit - 8/13 Arrived about 3 and worked for 4.5 hours. He cleaned out the main line all the way into the city line and we still had some blockages. He had to remove a toilet to get to a blockage and then he discovered a broken line which has been the culprit of all our problems. We have had a very foul odor since we bought the house in Dec. This will require another visit to bypass the broken pipe and put in new pipes. The cost for this visit 350.00 After the first visit I must say, I was not happy with the service, however, I think he went above and beyond to find the source of our problem. I will let you know how it turns out, but we still have a lot of work to do.

They have had had our motor home for 2 weeks and they hadn't done anything. They said they had to order a part before the service would begin. This took another 3 days to get the part. They were very unprofessional and used vulgar language. We have had to stay at a motel for a week because they haven't repaired our motor home when they said they would. I would stay away from this service provider!
