Randy does a great job! Always polite and does the job for the price quoted.

Stopped by and provided an estimate. Written estimate provided by email, as we agreed upon. Showed up on-time and completed the repair to my satisfaction in a reasonable amount of time. Agreed to do an additional small job at an additional cost. Accepted payment in the form of a check upon completion of work. Cleaned up after and took the old door (a big deal for me!).

Went very well. He was very responsive. and professional from when I first contacted him to the completion of the job. He was very nice to my elderly parents and they appreciated his help. Toilets appear to be working well! Everything went smoothly!

We have lived with a door for thirty years that wasn't hung correctly in the first place. Randy came in reframed the door hung the new door and gave us a perfect fit. Would trust him with any job. Unfortunately other people are learning about his skills so getting harder to get his services.

It was a very good experience. Randy quoted a price of $160 and that is what he charged even though the job turned out to be more difficult and took longer than originally expected. The installation of the doorbell and the cleaning of the gutters went well. Correcting the electrical connection to an outdoor fan went well. The new door jamb around the door leading into the garage was replaced with a professional finish and painted well. The workman did not clean up after himself, however, in this job or in the others. Paint shards, discarded wood, and nails were left lying around in each work site. The workman designed and installed a more substantial wooden facing to the patio roof supports. The work was done to a very low standard with badly fitting joins gapping a half inch or more in places. Although a rougher finish to the boards was acceptable, this work was left with inch long splinters coming off of the wood. After the workman was finished, I need to use three tubes of wood filler to close the gaps between the boards, I removed or sanded some of the worse splintery areas, and I repainted. Without advising me that he was going to do this, the workman took the boards he had removed from the original facing of the porch supports and left the long boards on the unused side of our house with four inch nails projecting out of the boards. I did not realize that he had discarded the boards on the side of my house for a week, and during that time my small grandchildren might have been severely injured by this irresponsible action on the part of the workman. It became my job to cut the long boards down to 4 foot lengths that my disposal company would accept, and of course I needed to deal with the projecting nails. I will also add that although I did state that I did not have a firm timeline for completion of these simple projects, the actual time taken for completion was over two months, which seems overly long to me. AND now even the doorbell this man installed is now broken - after two months!

We had a leak in our Bathroom. Part of the floor needed replacing, so we asked Randy to fix the source of the leak. This required removing some of the floor and replacing the linoleum with ceramic tile. We also replaced the toilet and he did some work on the bathroom skylight. Randy did a great job on all of it. He was here when he said he would be, was professional, gave great advise and I could not be happier with the result. Two thumbs up on the entire job!

I had a patio cover that was damaged in some of the windstorms that came through the last winter and I was debating between rebuilding it or just tearing it down and taking it out. I got an estimate from him, as well as few others. I actually had him do the basic demolition, taking a part of it and hauled away. His rate was least expensive and was a reasonable quote for what I was asking. The one thing that I liked about him was that he gave me a written a quote through an email and which works fine for me. I really appreciated a written quote instead of giving me a number verbally which bothers me. I actually asked him for a written quote and he had no problems and emailed it to me. He came, showed up and did the work. I was okay with his work but I wasn’t entirely happy with the cleanup after he was done working; he did remove all the wood which was fine but I realized that there were little nails and staples that had fallen all over when the whole thing came down. So I had to go out there and sweep up to make sure that there was none of it left around. I have dogs at home and having those things left would have been disastrous. Though his work came at a good price but I wouldn’t appreciate it if you didn’t take a broom and clean up. He was timely and did the work in a quickly manner but I didn’t appreciate his cleanup after. I might consider using him again in the future for other work but I would be really cautious and specific about wanting to talk about cleanup with him.

Randy is a true professional. He finished all of the projects on time and within the quoted estimates. He is punctual, quality-oriented and never misses a detail, always leaving his work area cleaner than when he started. He does an awesome job and as a result I will certainly be using him again in the near future.

From start to finish Randy kept me informed of what he will be doing and was flexible to work within my time frame. He answered all my questions and offered his expertise when asked. He worked diligently with little to no interruptions . Finished in a timely manner. My wife showed Randy a piece of floor board that needed repair. this was separate from the contracted job. He took care of that also, in no time,flat.JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

Randy responded very quick to our email and set up and appointment. When he arrived at the home he arrived at the time he had scheduled, and he gave us a quote right away. At the end we hired him to fix the face of our fireplace, replaced the mantel for a new one, installed some baseboards, and door trims. The work is great and we are very pleased. We would definetly recommend him. He is licensed therefore you will have to pay a bit on the high end, but in the end it's all worth it.

The pergola is fantastic - I can't say enough about it. Nicely constructed, very sturdy, and very attractive, it might outlast the house. He did a very nice job. Likewise, the fence repair - about $1000 worth of damage, repaired promptly and properly. Both jobs were done within budget and on time. Excellent work!
