I came up to Laramie from TX in Feb. of 2009. My husband stayed in TX so he could work. I looked for three days for a place we could live with our 2 yr old and baby on the way. The trailer looked ok from outside but after going in I knew that some major cleaning needed to be done. I was told by Mrs. Nancy Riedel that they would replace all the carpets and put doors in an fix all the little things that needed to be done. I agreed and proceded to give her the deposit first months rent and pro-rated rent for the last two weeks in march as we wouldnt be moving up until the begining of April. She had also told me that when all the repairs were completed she would mail the keys to my mother here in Cheyenne. It was two weeks before we were set to move and she hadnt mailed the keys. I called and asked her about it and was informed that they were in the mail. Needless to say they never showed up at my mothers. On the day that we moved in the carpet had not been replaced and still smelled like cat pee. On top of that there were still no doors on either of the two bedrooms, there was a hole in the bathroom door and it didnt close right, and nasty carpet stains and many other things that I was not happy about having my 2 yr old live in along with my very pregnant self, including a saging ceiling and a very leaky front door and roof. I worked very hard to get the pee smell out and when we left it was still kind of lingering. I cleaned that trailer from top to bottom the day after we moved back to Cheyenne and was told that I would get my full $500 deposit back within the week. It took them almost two months to get our deposit to us and when we did it was only $112.50. They said that we didnt pay the last part of Februarys rent and that we didnt clean the place whem we left. Which i have witnesses that say we did clean including my father who is retired military and helped me do it. I just wanted to warn people about how untrustworthy these people are and to let then know never to rent from these people. I know if I ever have to move back to Laramie I will avoid them at all possible costs.
