All Phase Construction

I needed some safer steps made for my rental trailer. And the bathroom floor "repaired" and windows replaced. He was told this needed to done at as low a cost as possible. This John did not listen to what was being asked, but looked at the trailer. He then said that the whole floor, thru out the trailer needed to be done. He measured the windows at 34" square, when they are actually 36" by 40", measured twice by me. And the steps were also setup as a major build. His bid was so high because he included many things that were never talked about. Like double hung windows, I wanted single hung; Tiling the whole floor thru out the trailer, I didn't want ANY tile and JUST the bathroom done with simple flooring. His bid also included a totally change to the layout of the bathroom. With replacing the bathtub and sink, moving both the bathtub and toilet. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. He was creating work that was not asked for nor wanted. He also made some comments about not wanting to get any city inspection done, which would result in permits being needed for the working. I would NOT recommend this guy to anyone and would caution anyone who did want to try him.
