High quality windows and cabinets at the best price. We looked throughout this half of the state, including the box stores and we could not match the prices for the quality. There was a mix up concerning the windows, but the company stepped up and made the error good. A pleasure to do business with.

My husband and I bought this house in August 2012. The seller was supposed to have the sash replaced. They never did, so we have tried to get someone out here to do it. We contacted the above business and the owner came out within a day or so. We discussed the issues and it was determined that we needed to find the window serial numbers so he could order the parts and we would gladly pay the labor costs. It took some time and several calls, but we received the invoice via email and I forwarded it to him. It has now been over a year, and the counterbalances on the windows and a broken window sash have not been replaced. Numerous calls and emails to the business, other workers of the business, and the owner himself have not yielded a response of any kind. I have contacted the BBB and hope to get a resolution soon. This is the first bad experience that I have ever dealt with, and I'm not sure how to continue. I have never been so frustrated and ready to give up on anything before dealing with this and I don't like this feeling.
