Craig Floor & Window Coverings

Craig's did an amazing job with my cork flooring project, not to mention way below competitors prices. We had some issues on our end(as we were doing other projects at the same time) and Craig's was understanding and professional the entire time. They also provided me with more product knowledge than any flooring store I have ever dealt with. They know their stuff! Not to mention they were really great people to talk to in general. I will be doing window coverings with them as well. I highly recommend them.

FANTASTIC! I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. The people are professional and wonderful to deal with. They were patient with us while we chose the product that we wanted. They gave us all the information and answered all our questions honestly. It's business' and people like this that make society great. I highly recommend using these guys for all your needs. We intend on having them do some flooring soon.

To be fair, we did not do a and quot;big moneyand quot; job with this contractor. It used to be and quot;Weekly's Interiorsand quot; and when we needed our carpet re-stretched, we always had them put in a job request. They usually told us they could not guarantee when the guy might get around to it...maybe a few weeks depending on how busy they were. First time we went in (after they became Craig's), we submitted a request for a carpet stretch (OK, it will only run around a hundred bucks...no big money maker). The gentleman said if we didn't hear from someone in a week, come on back in. Well, we gave them about a month and submitted another request....still didn't hear. We needed new blinds for the windows and my husband suggested buying blinds from them. I said if the owner can't follow up with his subcontractors on something small like that, why should I pour big bucks into window blinds. Like many businesses in Lander, their customer service ethic stinks. When my husband went back in, he said they were and quot;extremely busy.and quot; Give me a break... there is no building boom going on. I live here and I know. They basically just didn't want to bother with a small job. Although it is not directly the owner's fault, to have a good image with a possible future customer, it would've been nice for him to follow up with his sub-contractor or at least give us a call. Service was better when it was Weekly's Interiors.
