 + -1 moreNow, they will not return phone calls. Apparently, they don't care to keep their word & shouldn't advertise. I have 4 Rental Properties. I thought a small, private owned, company starting out would appreciate the business but, guess not

 + -1 moreI am so incredibly impressed with Baker Heating and Air. We had a furnace quit (in cold WY winter weather!) The first HVAC company who looked at the furnace told us it needed to be replaced and the cost would be thousands of dollars. I called Baker Heating and Air for a 2nd opinion. I called at 5pm, left a message. I got an immediate call back and Kevin said he would check it out right then. 90 min later, he had fixed the furnace!! Not only did he provide excellent customer service by getting to the job immediately, he took the time to do some crazy troubleshooting and saved us thousands of dollars. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Baker Heating and Air!

 + -1 moreI called Baker at 8am...got the answering machine. I recieved a phone call back in a few minutes and 15 minutes later they arrived. They were very nice and went to work fixing my ac unit. They were done by 9am and presented me with a invoice. I am beyond happy with their timeliness and they knew what they were doing!

 + -1 moreKevin was GREAT! Very professional, clean, prompt and courteous. I would recommend him with top honors. *I noticed this morning that he is over at my next door neighbors, who is quite pleased with him as well. As a small town, we are fortunate to have someone of his skillset.
