They are excellent! We have been using them for years and they do a really good job. They assigned the same cleaner every week.

What they did was fine, but it was not all of what I asked for when I hired them. We were gone at the time, so their work was based on trust that they would do what I hired them to do: take books off shelves and dust, wash windows inside & out, wash ceilings & walls, wash light fixtures ... they did none of this deep cleaning. They only did what I call a "weekly clean" just a basic vacuum and dust & bathroom clean. When I called to get it straightened out they didn't return my calls. They offered to come back out and do the rest, but wanted to charge me more. After many phone calls not returned, I finally sent a check for half of our originally agreed upon price and called it a lesson learned.
