Description of Work: Moved from Rock Springs WY to Jackson WY. Never would call me back. Every time I talked to them they forgot my address. Asked the day before what I had, sent too small of truck and couldn't take everything. Damaged my couch and said they would repair it. I call and they said they will take care of it but never do. i really felt gouged on the price. They inflated travel time and gas.

Description of Work: Broke one plasma TV, one dresser, file cabinet bent, a lot of family heirlooms were thrown around, we had to direct loading of truck on several occasions due to no supervisor there, driver and laborers took 8 hours to drive 90 miles. Said they broke down on hill which is in a mountain pass. They said they didn't go that way. They unloaded till 12 midnight. We have a new home and new carpet and they tracked it all up with diesel oil, thank god my wife got it out that night!
