The plumbing was done through the ceiling and it came in too low so when placing drywall we realized it was set up wrong. The pipes in the bathroom didn't come out far enough so it is difficult to install the faucett. I felt the cost was very high, but it's about normal for local standards.

He was very knowledgeable. I talked to him on the phone and he immediately know what the problem was. Then he bought the part and fixed the problem in only one hour. He was very organized and cleaned up everything after the work.

We opted to have our toilets delivered with another order JB had coming in from the supplier - to save on shipping (their suggestion). So while this took a couple of extra weeks to get them in, it was well worth it to save us the freight costs. Overall, the whole process with them was seamless.
