+ -1 moreThey're unreliable, sloppy, shady, dishonest and unpleasant to deal with. They're completely unpunctual We're about to open a new store so we had to have the carpeting in and they made promises which they didn't. They sent an installer who baically looked incompetent. I would never use that person again.
