water heater repair
+ -1 moreIt was just real professional. I would recommend them. They do a good job. I've heard lots of good things about them from other customers too. They are very expensive, but they are comparable to other. It somebody is having a hard time financially, they will give them a really good deal.
Description of Work: Rodger's Excavation replaced my hot water heater.

Description of Work: We hired Rodger's Excavation to remodel our basement, laundry room, and replace our furnace. They started in July of 2012 and only completed part of the project by April of 2013 when I told them not to come back. It was constant struggle to get them to even show up. We were without a furnace in October and November and when they did install a furnace they did not install the proper pump so we were constantly without heat and calling them with furnace problems. They did a poor quality on our laundry room and kept saying the price quote did not cover a lot of the remodel even though it was included in the quote. They did not keep their appointments or even answer phone call concerning the delays. I would never recommend them or hire them again. They were very unprofessional and did not do quality work.
