Service was terrible after the initial effort was put in. He showed up several times before we had a contract to check on whether I would hire him or not, which was fine. He was quick about getting the initial work done. However, every person that he brought in to assist with the contracted job had something they were selling. I was approached several times about cement to be repaired, yard work to be done, rain gutters fixed, one guy even tried to sell my son tattoos (he was just trying to make a little money on the side). The trim around my back door, bottom trim of the other 2 doors, replacement of boards on my deck from the stucco and light fixture replacement were all delayed because he wanted to wait until my new back door was replaced (a project being done at the same time). The door was completed 2 weeks after the stucco job and it took multiple phone calls to him, the city engineer (that issues business licenses) and 3 months to get him to return and finish the job. There are still boards missing from my deck and the back light fixture is still not in place.

He came in and deconstructed right away. He did not show up for two weeks. I had to call him, kept making excess. The pattern continued. He would come over and do an hours worth of work then leave. He was very inconsistent about work. He kept asking money for supplies, it was part of the agreement but when the money was up he never returned. He refused to complete the job or give me the supplies in which was supposed to complete the job.
