Overall I was happy with the work they have done. Out of all the windows companies I called they responded the quickest. they were prompt on calling back, getting a quote and getting the windows ordered and installed. |the issues I have is with the install it's self. the overall attention to detail when it came to caulking and trim work was lacking. When I called customer service they responded quickly and got some guys out here to get it taken care of but still not all issues taken care of. |So as of now I consider the job unfinished but I have been promised they will get taken care of. |Igive an update when I fill it is complete | |

Dave and his crew were always working when we arrived at our new house even if they didn't know we were coming. They stayed until the job was finished and didn't give us any hassle about "well we have other things to do right now". They will be doing additional work for us as soon as we are done moving in and get more funds to work with. It came in very handy that D J's is also a U-haul rental agent too, because it gave us a 1 stop place to get several things done at once. I wish we had found out about them sooner! We will be having them do the rest of our windows in the spring, as well as all of our inside doors.
