Great, no complaints. They were here when they said they would be, worked fast, did a good job. We found one spot that needed some additional attention and they responded same day and fixed it. Very polite, professional. This was a small job, Dallas was great and treated us very well, didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want or couldn't afford.

These came in a week early and was able to pull up old carpet and stinky padding AND replace the carpet in our home. Living room, hall and bedroom. They vacuumed and cleaned up. In and out. Very happy with service. Wish the padding had been better (had two choices, thin and not as thin). The owner of this company also told us about the other floors in our new home. Hard wood and tile work.
Description of Work: Replaced carpet in two rooms and a hallway.

High priced and terrible workmanship. My kitchen floor was over 3,000.00 and was installed using the wrong type of glue. The floor area is large 14X32 , so when it was pulled up to put a different type of glue down they cut the brand new vinyl in 3 spots all the way across the floor, which they seamed. The bathroom floor needed a patch so they used a piece of plywood a bit smaller then the floor itself , so the floor has a dip right where the main walkway is. ( I found and had a purchased a piece the correct size myself so I don't know why they could find something the correct size. They are professionals, right!) The carpet does not lay right against the new vinyl, it dips down. The owner did offer to replace the kitchen vinyl but by this point I was so tired of remodel and moving furniture I opted to take his written warranty stating he would stand behind the workmanship. The bathroom floor nothing can be done with without again tearing out everything in the bathroom. The dip in the carpet can not be repaired either. The total bill was not reduced in anyway for any of the mishaps. The attitude that is portrayed is, you should be happy with the sub-standard installs. Oh, and this past week I noticed a seam in the kitchen is pulling out !! Think twice before using this company !
