Description of Work: Seems to have done a good job. I've been on my roof a lot and have seen no problems. The contractor was friendly, easy to work with and conscientiously checked on the progress of his crew at appropriate intervals.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on house,garage,and shed. Very nice to work with from getting estament to the finished job. They handled the insurance claim. Their roofing crew were very nice and did a great clean up!

 + -1 moreCalled Pro Plus and Nate came out the next day to look it over. The job was scheduled the next week. Nate and his team did all the labor fast. Tana did the insurance billing and I hardly had to do anything. Pro Plus did a GREAT job!

Description of Work: I am still waiting on them to re install my wireless antenna, gutters, and on the shop roof they forgot to put in seal between roof and roof seal. I have tried to contact them twice but no response.. I guess they have too much money to need any more.. would not use them again at all.

 + -1 moreAfter severe hails moved through our town contractors were overloaded. Pro Plus provided a quick contact with estimates for our insurance company. For the demand upon their time they prioritized and did more critical repairs first (roofs) then moved on to siding bringing in new crews as they were able. The only small issue was the lack of lead notice when the crews would arrive although this was due to an opening and quick scheduling. Overall I was satisfied with the service and repair time and would use this contractor again.
Description of Work: Removed old shingles/underlay and installed new. Removed old vinyl siding, installed new.
