+ -1 moreThe initial contact was easy to understand, detailed and complete. The cleaning crew set up was straight forward and clearly understood the best way into the house. All the equipment save the necessary cleaning lines and head unit remained on the truck in the driveway. The equipment was in good shape with no leaks anywhere. The crew asked for some particulars as to the extent of the cleaning, age and condition of the carpet. The work was started immediately after an initial spotting. When the cleaning was done and all the equipment packed up, the carpet was raked, leaving the knap up, no marks, no prints. There was also no damage of any kind to any item in the house. Everything was loaded onto the truck and when the crew left, there was no mark they had been in the driveway. We were very satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: The estimate came immediately over the phone and the cleaning truck arrival and work schedule set at that time for a complete cleaning of all the carpet in a 3 bedroom 2000 sq. ft house in Antelope Valley. The arrival was prompt and the set up quick. The cleaning was done as bid. The entire house,3 br, living, family, office, all carpet cleaned, raked, left nearly dry. The equipment used was a large outside unit with it's own water tanks mounted on a small truck which remained in the driveway. Only the cleaning head and hoses were in the house. The crew arrived with their own water and took everything away.
